YouTube-First Stream/Brand Manager + Growth Strategist for Comedy Gaming Creator

Other Jobs To Apply

No other job posts for this day.

I have an established comedy gaming/streamer brand and I'm ready to take it to the next level.

I'm looking to hire a contractor manager through Upwork who has real experience growing creator brands and can help me quickly grow my following and revenue with a clear strategy and strong execution.

I stream on YouTube (primary) and also post/stream on TikTok (largest following), Kick, and Twitch.

I'm not looking for generic tips. I want someone who can step in, take ownership, and drive measurable growth (basically an contracted brand manager).

What I'm Looking For

Proven results growing creators (ideally comedy + gaming/streaming on primarily Youtube, but also Tiktok, Twitch, and Kick)

Someone who can build and run the content + posting + growth strategy

Strong communication, consistency, and follow-through

A results-first operator who can turn the brand into a real business

Results Must Be Baked Into the Agreement

This is important:
I want the contract structured with clear milestones/KPIs and accountability.

You'll propose what success metrics we should use, how quickly we can realistically hit them, and what deliverables you'll own to get there.

What You'll Submit in Your Proposal (Required)

Please include:
Proof of results (case study, screenshots, channels you've grown, metrics, or portfolio)

Your proposed 30/60/90-day strategy (high level is fine)

The deliverables you will own weekly (be specific)

The KPIs you recommend (and why)

Your recommended comp structure (retainer, hourly, milestone-based, performance-based—tell me what you prefer)

Budget / Structure

Open to monthly retainer, hourly, or milestone-based—but I want performance incentives and clear outcomes. We can start with a 30-day trial and extend if it's a great fit.

To Be a Fit

If you don't have proof you've helped a creator grow, this won't be a match.

If you do have proof and you're confident you can build a strategy that produces real momentum, I'd love to hear from you.

I know my content is hilarious and has a ton of potential, I'm just not marketing/strategizing correctly (this is based on the feedback of my community, not my biased opinion).

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.

Mandatory skills:
YouTube Marketing, YouTube Development, YouTube Monetization, YouTube SEO, TikTok Marketing, TikTok Video, Content Strategy, Content Analysis, Community Management, Social Media Management
