We are seeking experienced Wealth Management Advisors to join and expand our growing team. We are building a firm of planning-based, independent, client-first professionals who want to build their own brand with the backing of a world-class financial services firm, serving clients across all asset levels.


Advisors have access to some of the highest net payouts in the industry, a robust and expanding product platform, personalized coaching, structured mentorship, and cutting-edge planning technology—providing immersive, real-world experience and a comprehensive understanding of the full wealth management landscape.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Comprehensive Financial Planning: Deliver holistic financial plans that integrate protection, accumulation, retirement, and estate planning strategies.
  • Develop and Implement Investment Strategies: Create and manage personalized investment solutions tailored to each client’s financial plan.
  • Protection Planning: Assist clients in navigating life’s uncertainties by leveraging life, disability, and long-term care insurance to safeguard their financial well-being.
Compensation:

$200,000 - $250,000 at plan per year

Responsibilities:
  • Must have a life and health insurance license at a minimum
  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, values, and life priorities
  • Conduct Financial Planning and Investment Analysis
  • Create personalized financial strategies and portfolios using a holistic planning approach, including investments, retirement, tax efficiency, insurance, and estate considerations
  • Monitor and adjust client investment portfolios in alignment with market conditions and evolving client goals
  • Business Development and Prospecting
  • Collaborate with Internal Specialists
  • Work with insurance, planning, and investment product specialists to provide comprehensive solutions to clients
  • Uphold Compliance and Fiduciary Standards
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services
  • Life & Health Licensed
  • SIE, Series 7, & 63. (Series 65 or 66 preferred)
