Do you have a passion for photography and guest service? If yes, you could capture the magic as a Disney Photopass Photographer! As Disney Photopass Photographers, we are responsible for providing Guests with the opportunity to capture their experiences at the Walt Disney World Resort with high-quality photos taken with the latest digital technology. In this role, we approach Guests to offer photo opportunities, and we also work in a preview center to take and fulfill orders, stock items, and keep inventory.
The pay rate for this role in Florida is $19.60 per hour.

Responsibilities :

  • Proactively engage with guests to offer photo opportunities
  • Take high-quality photos of guests using Disney PhotoPass equipment
  • Address guests' needs, answer questions, give directions and provide other information
  • Standing for extended periods during peak operational hours, primarily in outdoor settings
  • Perform physical tasks that require heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and kneeling
  • Take ownership during emergencies
  • Speak in front of groups of various sizes
  • Adaptability to the fluctuating needs of our operations


Basic Qualifications :
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
  • Written and interpersonal communications skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Cast Members may be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Meet Walt Disney World Transfer Guidelines: No more than one (1) reprimand in the past six (6) months and no more than four (4) attendance entries in the past six (6) months
  • Part-Time requires full availability for any shift, any (3) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Part-Time Cast Members will work between 0 hour to 24 hours per week.



Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual
  • Photography experience
  • Photography editing software experience
  • Comfortable working with Disney technology (Magicbands, My Disney Experience app, etc.)


Additional Information :
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
