Position Overview: We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Packers for warehouse roles with full-time schedules; this role offers structured shifts with consistent hours, opportunities for growth, and the potential for permanent employment; you will receive comprehensive training and the tools necessary to perform your tasks effectively while adhering to company policies. Responsibilities: Accurately pack products into boxes, crates, or other packaging materials to ensure safe delivery; review order forms and pick lists to verify correct items, sizes, and quantities are being packaged; double-check all packed orders for accuracy, ensuring customers receive the correct items; set up and maintain organized packing stations, stocked with necessary materials such as boxes, tape, and packing supplies; sort and organize items in the warehouse for easy access during the packing process; ensure all packed items are placed in the correct staging area based on shipping method and destination; perform final quality checks on each packed order to verify item selection and packaging accuracy.
