You excel at building operational systems that enable creative teams to deliver high-quality work predictably and at scale.</p><p>You are a strong partner to creative leadership, translating strategic direction into clear workflows, resourcing plans, and delivery standards. You are comfortable operating with defined ownership, making day-to-day operational decisions, and escalating thoughtfully when tradeoffs or risks arise. You value data, process, and continuous improvement, and you are motivated by helping teams work smarter—not harder—through better systems, tooling, and coordination.</p><p>This role reports to the Director of Video Production and sits within the Brand Video team, part of Snowflake’s broader Brand Marketing organization.</p><p></p><h1><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></h1><ul><li><p>Own and scale the end-to-end operational framework for video production, from intake and prioritization through delivery, archival, and reporting.</p></li><li><p>Partner closely with the Director of Video Production to define operating models that support creative excellence while enabling scale and predictability.</p></li><li><p>Establish and maintain a comprehensive Video Operations Playbook, including SOPs, workflow diagrams, role definitions, escalation paths, and quality checkpoints.</p></li><li><p>Design and manage a centralized intake, traffic, and capacity planning system across internal teams and external vendors.</p></li><li><p>Maintain real-time visibility into project status, dependencies, resourcing, and risks through dashboards and operational reporting.</p></li><li><p>Serve as the first line of operational escalation for delivery risks, prioritization conflicts, and resourcing challenges.</p></li><li><p>Act as the operational point of contact between the Video team within Brand Marketing, and cross-functional partners including, Product Marketing, Developer Relations, Community, Executive Communications, HR and external agencies.</p></li><li><p>Ensure video production timelines align with quarterly planning, OKRs, campaign launches, and go-to-market milestones.</p></li><li><p>Oversee operational aspects of video production budgets, including contractors, vendors, tools, and software.</p></li><li><p>Partner with Brand Operations to manage vendor onboarding, contracts, licensing compliance, and spend governance.</p></li><li><p>Define, track, and report on KPIs related to delivery predictability, cycle time, utilization, and stakeholder satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Continuously optimize workflows using data, feedback, and emerging AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and consistency.</p></li></ul><h1><strong>WHAT YOU’LL HAVE</strong></h1><ul><li><p>8–12+ years of experience in video production operations, creative operations, or project management within a studio, agency, or corporate environment.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated success building and scaling operational workflows for creative or media teams.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of video and post-production workflows, creative tool ecosystems, and motion graphics pipelines.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between creative, operational, and executive audiences.</p></li><li><p>A proactive mindset with curiosity around AI technologies and their application to production workflows and operational efficiency.</p></li></ul><h1><strong>PREFERRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION</strong></h1><ul><li><p>Experience working in a technology, data, or AI-driven organization.</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting distributed or global creative teams.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with AI-assisted production workflows or automation tools.</p></li><li><p>Experience managing production budgets, vendor relationships, and licensing compliance.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Wrike, Workfront, Asana, Jira, and Google Workspace.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.</p></li></ul><h1><strong>LET’S DO THIS!</strong></h1><p>The Snowflake Brand Marketing team is a tight-knit, and dynamic group of creators and makers responsible for shaping the future of the Snowflake brand.
