We are thrilled to announce that we are looking for an experienced Video Editor/ AI Content Creator to join our YouTube Department and contribute to viral stories for a digital-native audience. Strong video editing fundamentals are required since you’ll be creating short stories that feels highly engaging, sometimes exaggerated, often dramatic, occasionally comical, and built to go viral. What You Will Do:

  • Use AI tools to create everything: characters, scenes, animations, and mood boards;
  • Build short animated clips using tools like Kling, Veo3, Nano Banana, and many more;
  • Turn ideas and scripts into engaging visual stories; Work with different internal projects to help execute ideas from paper to screen.
  • Manage your own creative pipeline from concept to final asset;
  • Collaborate with our lead writer and creative director (minimal oversight).


What We Expect:

  • Proven expertise in video editing, with a strong track record of polished work;
  • Proven expertise in using AI tools and models for video creation;
  • Strong visual sense and storytelling instincts;
  • Strong knowledge of storytelling, shot selection, camera movement and effective video editing to tell a dynamic story. Please note that the content will not be filmed in a studio;
  • Ability to deliver high-quality content independently;
  • Passion for animation, sci-fi/fantasy, and trying new things;
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Compensation: The fixed monthly gross salary for this role is up to €2,000, depending on your experience and skills.


This is a full-time freelance contract, requiring availability and collaboration during Lithuanian business hours, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
