<span class="jobdescription"><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"></h2> </div><div><p>We have a unique opportunity for a remote <strong>HR Specialist- TUPE and Change </strong>to join our growing and people centric HR Shared Services team at <strong>Aramark UK.</strong></p> <p>We are currently recruiting for a solutions focussed project lead, with strong knowledge, experience and insight into TUPE and Change activity and processes.  </p> <p>Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations and working closely with the operations and the wider central services team you will lead on, and project manage UK wide small to medium end to end TUPE and business change projects.</p> <p>To be successful in this role, you will be a TUPE and Change subject matter expert who is able to fact find, ensure legal compliance and drive positive results.
