Technical Support Specialist

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Orlando, Florida

Reports to: Senior Director of Integrations and Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services. Technical Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries and recommending solutions. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day to day management of tickets, issue resolution and managing the support queue
  • Maintain Support SLAs
  • Conduct new Product/Pricing setups for existing connections,
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (Examples: testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
  • Visibility
  • Channel Binding
  • New RC Account Setup
  • New Reseller Portal Account Setups
  • Maintain onboarding tickets in HubSpot for existing and new connected partners
  • Maintain overall project status in Hubspot at the ticket level

Behavioral and Technical Skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Friendly team player with a great attitude
  • Self-starter who can work independently
  • CRM experience a must

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience as a member of a Technical Support Team required
  • Experience in a start-up environment is preferred, but not required
  • Experience in the Travel Industry is preferred, but not required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology preferred, but not required
