Last year, we <strong>doubled our headcount</strong>. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Now, we’re scaling again, and the next hires will shape what EverAI looks like at <strong>100+ people</strong>. As our second<strong> Talent Acquisition Specialist</strong>, you’ll be central to that build, as you’re joining at a defining stage.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll work closely with our CEO, Alexis, and partner with leaders across the business to help <strong>assemble the team behind one of the fastest-growing AI products globally.</strong> We hire internationally and across every function of the company, with a strong focus on tech, bringing together people from leading tech hubs around the world.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll also have the opportunity to<strong> influence how Talent Acquisition evolves as we grow</strong>: refining our internal workflows, experimenting with new AI tools, launching employer branding initiatives, testing sourcing strategies that keep our quality bar high, and so on.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>Key Mission</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify, attract, and land <strong>top global talent</strong>, while helping build a recruitment stack that matches the <strong>scale and ambition</strong> of a company serving <strong>50M users worldwide</strong>.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will be responsible for:</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Talent Mapping & Sourcing:</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Global Talent Scouting:</strong> Help map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide. You’ll identify and connect with candidates who aren’t actively applying through thoughtful outreach and strong networking.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Smart Sourcing:</strong> Support the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack.
