Work you’ll do


As a Senior Consultant in our Consulting team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You’ll:


Your role


Are you an expert when it comes to tools like Automation Anywhere? Do you have a proven ability to solve complex issues? Do you have a track record of improving processes?


We’re looking for a Tech Engineer to:


  • Support and maintain the mission critical Robotics Process Automation (RPA) central platform across several technical domains
  • establish support excellency across our all our products and processes provided to our automation business globally
  • interact with automation business clients for support and request management
  • deploy controlled releases trough the environment chain up to production
  • define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
  • build the team’s capability though continuous knowledge sharing and write technical documentation

Your Team


You’ll be working in the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) central L2 Platform Support team based in Pune India. We are a dynamic and diverse team of professionals located in India, USA, United Kingdom and Switzerland. We integrate and support RPA Platform components which are used by UBS business users globally to execute process automation.


Your Expertise


  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
  • must have five years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere products for a medium to large enterprise
  • must have Incident, Change and Problem Management experience
  • strong troubleshooting skills at Windows desktop level, including Microsoft Office products and ability to understand and improve automation logic or code
  • knowledge in the administration of Automation Anywhere Control Room (CR, API, BLM, etc.) and robot code development
  • proficient with the administration and support of Windows client and server operating systems.
  • good experience with Cloud platform like Microsoft Azure
  • solid network and Microsoft MSSQL database administration and support knowledge, able to read and write TSQL queries
  • good knowledge of scripting languages, e.g. HTML, Microsoft Visual Basic for Application (VBA), PowerShell, VBScript
  • experienced with system monitoring integration and application performance management (APM) platforms: e.g. Azure Monitor / Application Insights, Cisco AppDynamics, Microsoft System Center Operation Manager (SCOM), Splunk
  • ITIL Knowledge and certification are desired
  • Programming language Java, Python and PowerShell are considered as a plus
