This boutique is exclusively operated by REEDS Jewelers under the TAG Heuer brand, offering an opportunity to lead a store dedicated to a legacy of cutting-edge design, performance, and innovation in luxury timepieces. We’re looking for a driven, polished, and visionary Boutique Manager to lead an exceptional team, deliver an unforgettable client experience, and uphold the excellence of the TAG Heuer brand.

What You’ll Do 

Sales & Business Leadership 

  • Own store performance, delivering on sales goals, KPIs, and profitability 
  • Forecast and analyze sales to identify growth opportunities 
  • Act as a brand ambassador and selling leader on the floor 
  • Drive strategic merchandising, inventory positioning, and promotional execution 

Client Experience & Community Engagement 

  • Inspire a client-first culture with luxury service standards 
  • Oversee an appointment-driven business model and exceptional hosting 
  • Lead personalized outreach and clienteling programs 
  • Conceptualize and execute events that drive traffic and deepen client loyalty 
  • Partner with corporate teams to deliver high-impact marketing and PR initiatives 

Team Development 

  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier luxury talent 
  • Foster a performance-driven team through coaching and accountability 
  • Deliver consistent feedback and conduct monthly performance touchpoints 
  • Ensure completion of training programs, product education, and selling skills 

Operations & Store Standards 

  • Ensure accuracy in inventory, shrink control, and POS systems 
  • Maintain boutique presentation in line with visual standards 
  • Oversee payroll, scheduling, and expense management within budget 
  • Execute all store operations with efficiency and excellence

What You Bring 

Required Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of store leadership experience in luxury retail, timepieces, or jewelry 
  • Passion for the brand 
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals while building brand loyalty 
  • Strong leadership presence with coaching, conflict resolution, and team-building skills 
  • Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools 
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Ability to stand long durations of time and carry up to 30 lbs. 
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with premium timepiece brands, extensive knowledge of watches 
  • GIA coursework or certifications 
  • Deep passion for horology and creating elevated, memorable client experiences
