Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory and security controls.
  • Drive performance by monitoring sales and motivating your team to achieve monthly targets and incentives.
  • Maintain top-tier customer service standards throughout the store.
  • Train and develop team members for future growth opportunities.
  • Manage costs effectively while maximizing profits.
  • Actively participate in the store’s daily operations, including floor work and event planning.
  • Commit to a strong community presence and engagement.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum qualification: Matric with 3-5 years of sales or retail experience.
  • Be an AVID reader!
  • Leadership experience: 3-5 years managing teams in a sales or retail environment.
  • A diploma or degree is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and merchandising in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours and handle physical tasks.
