The Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is looking for a non-exempt Staffing Support Associate. Staffing Support Associates will help coordinate and execute
activities to support the High-Volume Hiring (HVH) and staffing efforts for the WFS team for a defined geography (node). These efforts include but
are not limited to New Hire Events (NHE) and New Hire Orientations (NHO). Staffing Support Associates will help develop and coordinate activities to support staffing efforts and provide support to the WFS
organization to ensure successful completion of all administrative activities in the staffing process. This role is essential to creating a positive candidate and employee experience. Staffing Support Associates
will play an integral role in support of the Node’s staffing efforts, will thrive on pulling many pieces together to form a complete picture, and would enjoy working in a team environment with a focus on individual contribution. You will work with a team of Staffing Coordinators and Administrators who thrive in an innovative and fast-paced environment. Our WFS node teams work flexible schedules, shifts, and areas to include evenings and weekends. We roll up our sleeves, work hard, have fun and make history!

Key job responsibilities
Sets up, executes, and breaks down New Hiring Events (NHE) and New Hire Orientations (NHO) based on labor projections to meet the labor order demands and fill on-time

Support candidate activity to ensure all electronic paperwork is completed on time

Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email

Tracking recruiting activities and reporting candidate status

Attend events such as community fairs, hiring events and job fairs

Address basic questions regarding recruiting process

Generate basic reporting from Salesforce

Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency

Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

Assist in on boarding of new hires and departures of employees

Administrative tasks as needed

Effectively executes NHE activities including Greeter, Welcome Event Presenter, Candidate Care Specialist, Computer Assistance, Badge Photo, and/or Drug Test Ambassador

Staffing Support Associates are required to work a flexible schedule. This means varying shifts to include evenings and weekends in multiple sites. Overtime may also be required to support the needs of the business

Must be organized with attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work in an environment with competing demands

Must be able to travel as needed to conduct events in various locations within your designated Node or assigned geographical area


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Experience in a fast paced customer oriented environment, such as operations, administrative support, customer service, retail, hospitality, staffing, recruiting, human resources or other related field
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Word Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Current associates must be in good standing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with Windows, Word, Excel, MyTime (Kronos) and PowerPoint
  • Experience in administrative tasks such as data entry, managing data driven report processes or processes
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills with an emphasis on tact and confidentiality
  • 1-2 yrs of experience in a high-volume administrative support role or equivalent (former Seasonal Staffing Ambassadors or current/former Learning Ambassadors, Training Ambassadors, and Seasonal Operations Administrators a plus)
  • Prior working experience in the field of Human Resources, Staffing, or Recruiting
  • Recruiting assistant experience preferred, professional services experience desirable.
- Comfortable with speaking in front of large groups. - Roll up your sleeves attitude with a sense of urgency, and a friendly, diplomatic demeanor.
  • Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or other tracking and reporting systems like Salesforce
