Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $51,600-$64,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

The Software Renewals Associate (SRA) role resides within our Sales Operations Software & Licensing Operations team and interacts directly with Inside Sales, Account Managers, Finance teams, authorized software publishers, and end‑user customers as needed.

This role is responsible for supporting software subscription and license renewals, including renewal forecasting, consolidation, co-terming, and cleanup, as well as quoting renewal and new software subscription opportunities for assigned accounts. The Software Renewals Associate works closely with Inside Sales Representatives and Procurement Specialists to ensure renewal quotes are delivered accurately and on time, and that orders are properly structured and processed in internal systems.

The Software Renewals Associate also supports Software Renewal Specialists and Senior Specialists with additional bandwidth needs related to software lifecycle management, licensing alignment, and renewal execution. This role contributes directly to achieving both team and corporate goals through proactive renewal management, strong attention to detail, and consistent execution.

Clear, timely, and proactive communication is critical to success in this role.

Responsibilities Include

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with account teams and internal operations partners, including sales, procurement, and finance.
  • Provide sales support to the extended team during periods of high renewal volume.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in baseline processes related to software renewals, licensing models, and subscription management.
  • Become proficient in the use of publisher portals, licensing tools, and internal renewal management systems.
  • Be responsible for managing assigned software renewal accounts and maintaining accurate renewal pipelines.
  • Ensure software entitlements, agreements, and renewal data are accurate, scrubbed, and published correctly in internal systems.
  • Manage the team email alias to ensure timely responses to renewal‑related requests.
  • Proactively quote renewals 60–90 days prior to expiration to support on‑time bookings and renewal performance metrics.
  • Provide renewal status updates to Software & Licensing Operations leadership and program stakeholders.
