Role Description -

"We are seeking a Slack IT Engineer with deep expertise in Slack administration, automation, and API development to enhance collaboration and productivity within our enterprise organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Slack at scale, designing secure and compliant solutions, and leveraging AI-driven automation to optimize workflows.
You will collaborate with IT, security, and engineering teams to build and maintain a robust Slack ecosystem, integrating it with other enterprise systems and ensuring compliance with organizational policies
What you'll do:
    Administer and optimize Slack for a large organization, ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
    Develop governance frameworks to manage Slack workspaces and enforce enterprise policies.
    Build and deploy Slack-based automation using APIs, bots, and AI-driven solutions to enhance team collaboration.
    Integrate Slack with enterprise systems, third-party tools, and internal applications.
    Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to implement scalable and secure Slack solutions
    Lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    Stay up to date with emerging trends in collaboration technology, AI automation, and Slack development best practices."
    Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, etc.) with a strong understanding of API development and integration.
    experience with agent-based automation and AI-driven strategies within Slack to improve productivity.
    Strong understanding of API design principles and experience integrating Slack with enterprise applications.
    Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive innovation in collaboration technologies.
    Preferred Qualifications
    Experience implementing AI-driven automation in Slack.
    Familiarity with enterprise IT security and compliance requirements related to collaboration tools.
