We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Engineer with strong experience in maintenance operations within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise supervising on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards across all maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all on-site maintenance and construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, daily work monitoring, and problem resolution.
  • Inspect all work in progress to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and maintenance standards.
  • Provide the required level of construction and maintenance supervision to ensure quality control in line with contract documents.
  • Advise and assist subcontractors on technical procedures, installation methods, and work sequences.
  • Monitor contractor safety practices and issue corrective instructions for any safety violations.
  • Ensure availability of necessary tools, materials, and equipment for smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in preparing new project proposals, layouts, and maintenance plans.
  • Support project management by reviewing detailed drawings, managing subcontractor interactions, and administering sub-contracts.
  • Ensure all site activities follow the company's HSE & Quality policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Confirm that protective and preparatory measures are in place throughout all maintenance stages.
  • Arrange and support safety training programs for employees and subcontractors on site.
  • Prepare Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) for in-house projects and review ITPs submitted by subcontractors.
  • Conduct daily inspections and provide progress reports to the Project Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Civil
  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in maintenance, facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance supervision, site execution, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Familiarity with UAE safety regulations, HSE procedures, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple maintenance activities concurrently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Facility Management / Maintenance : 3 years (Preferred)
  • Site Engineer: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Dubai Municipality Certificate (Preferred)
