Job Description – Site Civil Engineer / Junior Site Supervisor

Location : Delhi, India

Company : K Square Infratech and Interiors Pvt. Ltd.

Employment Type : Full-Time, On-Site

Salary : ₹12,000 to ₹25,000 per month

K Square Infratech and Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Site Civil Engineer / Junior Site Supervisor (Fresher Role) to support ongoing construction and interior projects. This position is ideal for fresh civil engineering graduates or diploma holders who are eager to build a strong foundation in site management and execution. The role requires supervision of daily construction activities, coordination with teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring implementation as per approved drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise day-to-day on-site civil work and ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
  • Assist in interpreting drawings, measurements, layouts, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with architects, project managers, labour teams, and vendors for smooth execution.
  • Monitor timelines, prepare daily site reports, and escalate issues where required.
  • Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship, ensuring adherence to safety and construction standards.
  • Manage materials, inventories, and resource allocation efficiently.
  • Identify site-level challenges and support in resolving them through structured problem-solving.
  • Assist in civil aspects of interior and architectural projects as needed.
  • Maintain documentation, site logs, and work progress records.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Fresher candidates only).
  • Strong understanding of basic civil concepts, drawings, and construction methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel for reporting, documentation, and data management.
  • Good communication skills, teamwork abilities, and a disciplined approach to work.
  • Excellent problem-solving approach with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under timelines.
  • Must have a valid 2-wheeler driving licence; owning a 2-wheeler vehicle is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to interior or architectural projects is a plus (not mandatory).
