Pay Rate: $10.35 per hour plus gratuities. Potential to make up to $50.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

    • Guest Experience & Service Excellence
      • Greet guests promptly, professionally, and warmly- always using guest names when known
      • Deliver attentive, anticipatory, and personalized service that aligns with Mirbeau and Forbes standards
      • Create a warm, polished, and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the refined tone of Mirbeau
      • Engage guests with genuine hospitality and thoughtful, proactive service throughout the dining experience
      • Use refined language, tone, and body language that reflects Mirbeau’s elevated brand and follows the Forbes language standards
      • Consistently exceed guest expectations through calm, composed, and detail-oriented service
      • Thank guests with sincere, personalized farewells and ensure a lasting positive impression
    • Menu Knowledge & Order Management
      • Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients, dietary accommodations, and preparation methods
      • Understand and communicate daily specials, seasonal offerings, and beverage pairings
      • Attend all pre-shift meetings and tastings to stay informed on offerings and changes
      • Accurately take and repeat orders, entering them into the POS system promptly and correctly
      • Ensure all items are verified and checked for presentation, accuracy, and guest modifications before delivery
      • Communicate special requests, allergies, and dietary needs to the kitchen and management clearly and consistently
      • Maintain familiarity with [Resort Suite/Agilysys] POS system to ensure accurate billing and guest order tracking
    • Collaboration, Communication & Teamwork
      • Assist Dining Assistants with setting and resetting tables with linen, flatware and glassware before, during, and after service
      • Assist with pre-bussing and clearing table items promptly, ensuring tables remain clean, uncluttered and comfortable
      • Maintain clean and well-organized service stations and ensure restaurant floor cleanliness throughout the shift
      • Communicate effectively with team members including hosts, bussers, bartenders, dining assistants, chefs and management
      • Support fellow servers during busy times, assisting with food running, bussing, hosting and bar support as needed
      • Maintain open and respectful communication across all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
      • Contribute positively to team morale with a composed, professional, and team-oriented attitude
    • Health, Safety & Hygiene
      • Follow all food safety guidelines, including allergy awareness and safe food handling
      • Adhere to all sanitation and hygiene policies, ensuring guest safety and trust
      • Maintain polished grooming standards in line with Mirbeau’s elevated reputation
      • Ensure proper uniform standards including clean attire and name tag at all times
      • Report any intoxicated or disruptive guests immediately to management
    • Financial & Closing Duties
      • Process guest checks and payments accurately using POS system
      • Follow all money handling procedures and ensure timely processing of transactions
      • Complete assigned side work during and after each shift, including restocking and cleaning tasks
      • Follow shift-end procedures, including cash-out, reporting and task checklists
      • Attend all required meetings and trainings as required by leadership

      • Previous experience in food and beverage service is required; fine dining or elevated hospitality experience strongly preferred

      • Familiarity with restaurant POS systems is highly desirable
