Ziel ist die Planung und Optimierung unserer Kundenprojekte (Mappen von Online-Shops, Erstellen von SEO Audits, Anleitung des Texter-Teams, Qualitätsmanagement der SEO Maßnahmen, Erstellen von Reports, usw). Die Kundenkommunikation übernimmt größtenteils jemand anderes für dich, damit du dich voll und ganz auf deine Tätigkeiten konzentrieren kannst! Gemeinsam mit uns stärkst du die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Online-Shops und E-Commerce Unternehmen im DACH-Raum und machst sie unabhängiger von großen Marktplätzen, wie Amazon & Co. (Vollzeit) Aufgaben Erstellen von professionellen SEO Audits inklusive Technik-Analyse & Auswertung von Fehlern und Problemen, Keyword-Analyse & Content-Planung, Analyse von Backlink-Potenzialen, Ideen zur Optimierung der Usability und der Conversionrate des Kunden Erstellen von Keyword-Maps (Seitenstrukturen von Shops vollständig optimieren & neu gestalten) Erstellen von SEO Content-Briefings für das Inhouse Texter-Team SEO-Texte gegenlesen, auf Plagiatsfehler überprüfen & ggf. optimieren Kommunikation mit dem Texter-Team bei Fragen. Nach Textkorrektur Fehler mit Texter durchgehen. Kundenfeedback an Texter weitergeben Erstellen von SEO Reports für die Kunden. Hier dürfen gerne eigene Vorschläge und Erfahrungen mit eingebracht werden Tägliche Kommunikation mit der Geschäftsführung zur permanenten Projektkontrolle Mail-Kommunikation und/oder gelegentliche, kurze telefonische Absprache zur Projektkoordinierung mit dem Kunden Qualifikation Viel SEO Erfahrung und ein sehr gutes Verständnis aller SEO-Disziplinen ist zwingend notwendig Du hast bereits Online-Shops gemappt / neu strukturiert Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement im Bereich SEO Du konntest bereits viel Erfahrung sammeln was gut im Bereich SEO und SEO-Projektmanagement funktioniert und kannst dieses Wissen bei uns einbringen Du kennst dich mit den Tools ahrefs und Screaming Frog sehr gut aus Du kennst dich gut mit der Google Search Console aus Optional: Du kennst dich mit anderen SEO-Tools aus Du solltest gut strukturiert und organisiert sein Selbstständiges, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten fällt dir nicht schwer Du besitzt ein gutes Maß an Kreativität und Genauigkeit Du arbeitest zuverlässig und reagierst schnell auf Nachfragen Du beherrschst perfektes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift Du hast kein Problem damit, regelmäßig mit Teamkollegen zu kommunizieren Du hast kein Problem damit, gelegentlich mit Kunden zu kommunizieren Du hast Lust darauf, eigene Ideen und Impulse mit einzubringen und gemeinsam mit uns zu wachsen!
