The Diner Experiences team owns the consumer-facing products that power ChowNow's marketplace and white-label ordering solutions.
We're responsible for the apps, websites, and experiences that connect millions of diners with 20,000+ local restaurants.
This team operates across five core areas:
Consumer Apps (iOS, Android, Web), Discovery (search, browse, recommendations), Checkout (cart optimization and conversion), Payments (processing and innovation), and Loyalty (retention and marketing tools).
With $2B+ in annual gross food sales flowing through our platforms, every optimization we make directly impacts restaurant success.

As the Senior PM for Diner Experiences, you'll own the end-to-end consumer journey from discovery to reorder.
You'll define and execute the product strategy that drives conversion, retention, and order frequency across our marketplace and white-label solutions.
Your work will unlock growth through checkout optimization, payment innovation, and personalized discovery systems.
You'll establish the metrics and principles that balance diner satisfaction with restaurant profitability.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring close partnership with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and restaurant success teams.

This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Product & Design; No Direct Reports

This is a remote role based in the United States.

    $166,537-$215,000 (depending on candidate location)
