Continuously improve and optimize the PCB design process to increase efficiency and reduce time to market. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all PCB layouts and design changes. Proactively identify and address any potential risks or challenges in the PCB design process. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality PCB layouts within established deadlines.
