Drive the design and implementation of ROI analysis, experimentation, and clean room solutions to enable robust measurement and audience activation. We invite you to be part of something bigger.<br><br><b>Key Responsibilities </b></p><p><br>​​Serve as the primary technical expert for advanced analytics, leading the development and application of new methodologies for ROI measurement, experimentation, and audience activation.<br><br>​Design and execute statistically rigorous experiments (e.g., A/B tests, multi-cell tests) to evaluate media and marketing effectiveness.<br><br>​Lead the use of clean rooms and privacy-safe environments (e.g., AMC, LiveRamp, Scintilla) for data integration, measurement, and activation.<br><br>​Advance the organization’s capabilities in causal inference, incrementality measurement, and advanced statistical modeling.<br><br>​Collaborate with cross-functional teams (media, data engineering, marketing, external partners) to ensure analytics solutions are actionable and aligned with business objectives.<br><br>​Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.<br><br>​Mentor and develop junior analytics talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.<br><br>​Works with Data Engineering (for model deployment and data integration) and Performance Analytics (for applying methodologies and interpreting results). Does not own dashboard curation or routine reporting.​<br><br><b>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><ul><li><p>​Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.​</p></li><li><p>​​6+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>​Deep hands-on expertise in statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference.</p></li><li><p>​Proficiency with Python, R, or similar analytics programming languages.</p></li><li><p>​Experience with clean room environments and privacy-safe data integration for measurement and activation.</p></li><li><p>​Demonstrated ability to design and execute robust ROI analyses and experiments.</p></li><li><p>​Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.</p></li></ul><p><br><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><ul><li><p>​​Experience with media and marketing analytics in a consumer goods or digital environment.</p></li><li><p>​Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and advanced analytics tools.</p></li><li><p>​Experience with audience segmentation and activation in privacy-safe environments.</p></li><li><p>​Master’s or PhD in a quantitative discipline.</p></li><li><p>​Experience mentoring or leading analytics teams.​</p></li></ul><p></p><div><p><span><span><b>Pay</b>: The pay range for this position is $119,400 to $179,000.
