<p>The Senior Investment Trade & Data Analyst will play a key role within Mutual of Omaha’s Investment Operations team, supporting a large and growing multi-asset portfolio that includes Public Corporates, Structured Securities, Private Placements, Private Loans, Alternatives, and Derivatives. This position offers the opportunity to work across asset classes, partner with portfolio management, accounting, compliance, and technology teams, and contribute to data-driven process improvements that enhance the accuracy and efficiency of our investment operations.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have strong Investment Operations experience, a deep understanding of trade and data workflows, and an interest in advancing automation and governance using tools such as AI, Snowflake, and Sigma. See our benefits and perks page for details.</li><li><span>Applicants for this position must not now, nor at any point in the future, require sponsorship for employment. <br></span></li></ul><p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO:</strong></p><ul><li>Support and oversee the full trade lifecycle &mdash; from execution and capture through reconciliation, accounting integration, and reporting.</li><li>Partner with traders, portfolio managers, custodians, and third-party asset managers to ensure accurate and timely investment data.</li><li>Collaborate with compliance, accounting, and technology partners to enhance operational controls and reporting transparency.</li><li>Drive automation and process improvement using AI, Snowflake, and Sigma to strengthen data governance and operational efficiency.</li><li>Identify and implement standardization opportunities across trade and data workflows to reduce risk and improve scalability.</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert on investment operations across multiple asset classes, supporting both public and private market activity.<br></li></ul><p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL BRING:</strong></p><ul><li>4-6 years of experience in investment operations, trade support, or data management (7-9 years for consideration at the Lead level).</li><li>Broad exposure to multiple asset classes and strong understanding of post-trade processes.</li><li>Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for efficiency and data accuracy.</li><li>Familiarity with automation or data tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Snowflake, or Sigma.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional partners.</li><li>Sound ethics, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.</li><li>You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.</li><li>Located or willing to relocate to Omaha, NE.
