About ChainGPT

ChainGPT is at the forefront of AI and Blockchain Technology, enabling and transforming Web3 through AI. Our AI-powered tools equip users with fast and accurate information to navigate the dynamic Blockchain industry.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Community Architect — not a moderator, not a community manager — but the person who will build the AIVM Tribe from zero to cult status. You will architect our Discord ecosystem, craft the narrative across X (Twitter), and transform early testnet users into passionate evangelists.

This role requires deep expertise in Layer-1 blockchain ecosystems and the ability to simultaneously support node runners, developers, token holders, and power users. You’ll sit at the intersection of community, comms, and technical operations during one of the most pivotal stages of AIVM’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Architect & Launch the AIVM Discord (Zero-to-One): Design, build, and deploy the AIVM Citadel from scratch. Own channel structure, role hierarchy, gating logic, verification flows, support systems, and — most importantly — the vibe.
  • Design Sub-Communities for Complex User Segments: Create dedicated spaces for validators, GPU providers, AI developers, and general token holders. Ensure high-signal technical discussions thrive while noise, spam, and price talk stay contained.
  • Lead AIVM’s Voice on X (Twitter): Translate technical updates (SDK changes, node upgrades, performance milestones) into compelling threads, memes, and narratives that amplify our story across AI × Crypto.
  • Sentiment, Crisis & Feedback Management: Be the frontline during Testnet — where things break. Respond with empathy, diffuse tension, maintain community trust, and funnel actionable bugs and insights back to engineering.
  • Community Energy & Growth: Identify power users, cultivate advocates, and create programs that convert participants into long-term contributors and champions of AIVM.

Requirements

  • Proven L1/L2 Blockchain Community Experience (Must-Have): You’ve managed communities for a blockchain, infrastructure, or launchpad project and understand validators, faucets, RPCs, gas mechanics, staking workflows, and node ops.
  • Discord Power-User / Architect: Expert at building complex permission systems, setting up anti-raid and anti-spam protection, configuring role-gated channels, and maintaining large-scale server hygiene.
  • Technically Fluent (Non-Coder): Comfortable reading GitBooks, understanding developer tooling, and helping users troubleshoot wallet connections, node setup, and testnet onboarding issues.
  • Strong Content Creation Skills: Able to craft high-performing Twitter threads, announcements, memes, and narrative-driven updates that resonate with the crypto community.
  • Calm Under Pressure: Thrives in chaotic pre-launch environments and can manage sentiment when unexpected issues arise.
  • Community-First Mindset: Empathetic, responsive, and obsessed with creating a thriving, high-trust environment for users.

Benefits

What We Offer

  • Work alongside the ChainGPT core team on high-impact AI and Web3 products across our ecosystem.
  • Remote-first setup with flexible hours, focused on outcomes, trust, and ownership.
  • Competitive compensation, with performance-based upside where applicable to the role.
  • Fast-moving environment with direct collaboration across all team members, including senior management, and clear accountability with no micromanagement.
  • The support to do your best work, including the tools you need, structured onboarding, and clear room to grow.

Company Culture and Values

As our Senior Community Manager (L1 Builder), you will embody these core values and have the opportunity to contribute to our culture and help drive our success. Join us on this exciting journey as we shape the future of blockchain and crypto technology.
