The Role + Purpose: Drive online sales through strategic product presentation, storytelling and site optimization. Responsible for online storefront meeting/exceeding conversion rate targets by day, week, month, quarter Manage in- season adjustments to site based on selling, marketing, and customer feedback. Derive data-driven insights to create meaningful site optimizations Marry insights with a keen eye for product merchandising and selling, specifically within Men’s fashion Partner closely with Merchant teams to understand and articulate product key investments online and maximize selling potential Looks to improve customer journey perspective through patterning and works with director on testing initiatives . Weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting in Google Analytics. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to handle time-sensitive projects and prioritize multiple objectives simultaneously, to work independently, and to drive projects to completion, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) Preferred experience in Salesforce and Google Analytics. Salary Range: \$80,800.00 - \$97,000.00 At J.Crew Group (JCG) we aim to pay competitively for our company’s size and industry. The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
