KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Manage all Scaffolding activities pertaining to all projects & Sales related activities
  • Plan, implement coordinating and monitor and executive of work schedules and site progress at sites
  • Liaise with customers site representatives and attend site meetings
  • Ensuring all safety precautions are adhered by scaffolders.
  • Co-ordinate with production internal departments to ensure scaffolding work as per priorities & avoid rework / replication of scaffolding.
  • Prepare & Monitor resource planning (Equipment, Consumables & Manpower) for Scaffolding & access related in Yard in respect to all projects.
  • Handling technical problems that may affect the site and liaise with engineering team for the resolution by providing scaffolding and temporary works design schemes.
  • Anticipate; propose solutions in order to scaffolding & access for construction activities.
  • Analyzing integrity of scaffolding and temporary works structures.
  • Assist estimation by resolving their queries during bidding phase.
  • To perform other activities or tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the management
  • Promote HSE initiatives during construction phase to keep people mobilized and safety minded (e.g. weekly site walk, anomaly system, HSE challenges, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Has 3-5 years in UAE experienced or equivalent to other country.
  • Attested Certificates or experienced certificates is required. Shortlisted CV with Scaffolding experienced will only receive a call for interview.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
