Maxify Digital Marketing | Remote (U.S.)

Overview
We are growing Mental Health Marketing Agency. We’re looking for a proactive Sales Representative who enjoys talking to people, understanding their goals, and offering the right marketing solutions. This is a 100% commission-based contract position — perfect for someone who values flexibility, independence, and unlimited earning potential.

You’ll work as an independent contractor (1099) managing the full sales process from outreach to closing, helping mental health professionals and small businesses grow through our digital marketing services.

What You’ll Do

  • Reach out to potential clients by phone, email, and social media
  • Lead discovery calls and present Maxify’s services
  • Follow up with prospects and track progress in the CRM
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Close new business and celebrate your wins

What You’ll Get - Commission Structure

Marketing Packages

  • 25% of the client’s first month payment
  • 5% monthly recurring commission for as long as the client stays with Maxify AND you remain an active contractor

Website Projects

  • 10% commission per website project closed

Payouts: Bi-weekly via Zelle or Venmo

  • Bi-weekly payouts via Zelle or Venmo
  • Remote & flexible schedule — work from anywhere
  • You’ll be the only sales rep for now — every sale you make is yours

Average sale amounts:

  • Marketing packages: $2,000–$5,000/month
  • Website projects: $6,000–$20,000

Requirements:

  • Have sales experience at a digital marketing agency
  • Experience working with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar
  • Ability to manage a full sales pipeline independently
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools, etc.)
  • Skilled in running discovery calls and presenting digital marketing services
  • Must be able to build, document, and refine the entire sales process for the agency
  • Strong organizational and follow-up habits
  • Comfortable operating in a fully commission-based contractor role
  • Can communicate clearly and confidently
