Sales & Marketing Coordinator Job Details Job Location Chicago, IL Position Type Full Time Education Level 4 Year Degree Travel Percentage Up to 25% Job Shift Day Job Category Marketing Job Description We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our Social Business Enterprise team. The ideal candidate will be a marketing professional capable of developing and implementing an effective marketing strategy to enhance our brand presence across various markets and generate a robust pipeline of sales leads. This position will report to the Chief Business Strategy Officer and will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team by coordinating a variety of activities, including assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns, and helping to drive sales growth. This role will be responsible for creating content, coordinating events, performing market research, and ensuring effective communication between internal and external stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and print materials. Writing, editing, and proofreading marketing content, such as blog posts, newsletters, and social media posts. Manage and update the Lighthouse Enterprises website and social media profiles. Assist Sales Team in organizing and coordinating events like trade shows, webinars, product launches, and conferences. Manage event logistics, such as registration, venue booking, travel arrangements, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up for the sales and marketing teams. Collaborate with sales team with creating and updating sales presentations, proposals, and collateral. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements. Report on key metrics and provide insights to improve future marketing efforts. Assist Sales Team in organizing and coordinating events like trade shows, webinars, product launches, and conferences. Manage event logistics, such as registration, venue booking, travel arrangements, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up for the sales and marketing teams. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, design, and customer service, to align marketing and sales efforts. Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and printers for marketing materials. Ensure effective internal communication within the sales and marketing departments. Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for marketing campaigns and sales activities. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights. Assist in identifying potential markets, customer segments, and new business opportunities. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing. Basic understanding of Wordpress CMS Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Hubspot and CRM (HubSpot) software. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
