<h2>Summary</h2> <p>Join Yelp’s Multi-Location team to help national brands win locally on the most trusted local marketplace. We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to support our Multi-Location Sales team. We support four distinct sales organizations (Channel Partner, Emerging/Midmarket, Enterprise, and Brand). The Sales Enablement Specialist will create and facilitate classroom and virtual instructor-led training for sales teams, as well as build online self-learning paths. They will also be responsible for developing innovative content and materials on topics like sales process/methodology, advertising products, forecasting and reporting systems, policies and processes, etc. that can be delivered through various methods.</p> <p> </p> <p>The ideal candidate has sales and/or sales enablement experience, has excellent verbal and written skills, takes a collaborative approach, and has a strong interest in doing work that drives results. The Sales Enablement Specialist will have experience building enablement curriculums for sales teams using an LMS and CMS. They will also be aware of current adult learning and consultative selling trends and integrate them into the content & materials to make them relevant to sales teams today.</p> <p> </p> <p>We’re looking for a strong communicator who excels at simplifying complex ideas to develop impactful training content and programs that help our sales people to be successful in their jobs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be results-driven. They must have a passion for creativity, collaboration, content creation and communications. </p> <p> </p> <p>This role reports to the Head of Sales Enablement and will be responsible for executing on strategies to enable our sales teams to effectively sell Yelp’s Advertising offerings.</p> <h2>What you'll do:</h2> <ul> <li>Orchestrate role-based new-hire onboarding—schedules, access, pre-work, and comms—to ramp cohorts smoothly.</li> <li>Own enablement content end to end: keep playbooks and tool guides current and findable in the CMS/LMS, retire stale assets, and publish updates via our wiki and newsletter.</li> <li>Design and deliver training: create micro-learnings, paths, and quizzes; schedule/host sessions; record and share concise recaps with key takeaways and FAQs for a distributed org. Includes facilitating existing training materials.</li> <li>Equip sellers on our tool stack (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Yesware) with clear how‑tos and light admin support.</li> <li>Run ongoing development and certification programs; gather field feedback and iterate for impact.</li> <li>Partner across Sales, CS, Ops, Product, and Marketing—We win as one team; this role isn’t for solo operators.</li> <li>Stay current on digital advertising, Yelp products, and sales best practices.</li> </ul> <h2>What it takes to succeed:</h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>1–3 years in sales enablement, sales support/ops, L&D, or digital media sales; strong project work counts.</li> <li>Clear communicator and confident small‑group facilitator.</li> <li>Build curriculum across Instructor led training, eLearning, and self‑serve; set objectives, use microlearning, create assessments.</li> <li>Data/tool fluency: Sheets/Excel, Slides/PPT, Canva; build simple reports/dashboards.</li> <li>Creative, learner‑first mindset; designs for a remote‑first, distributed field.</li> <li>Strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management.</li> <li>Project management pro: juggle multiple workstreams, prioritize, sweat the details.
