We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, strategic, and inspiring Regional Manager, based in London, to lead and empower our Store Managers across London and the South of the UK. This pivotal leadership role is key to driving operational excellence, elevating the customer experience, and delivering commercial success across Dr.Martens stores.


As a Retail Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple store locations, ensuring each one operates efficiently, meets sales targets, and reflects our brand values. You’ll be a key player in shaping the future of our retail operations, developing talent, and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

THE ROLE – RETAIL REGIONAL MANAGER – LONDON & SOUTH UK

  • Drive operational excellence across all stores, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high retail standards.
  • Lead and develop Store Managers to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and uphold brand values.
  • Manage regional P&L, budgets, payroll, and stock control to maximize profitability.
  • Champion a culture of performance, engagement, and continuous improvement through coaching and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, visual merchandising, and in-store events.
  • Act as the key communication link between stores and head office, sharing insights, feedback, and strategic direction.
