The Role

You will be:

The brand ambassador of our company. You’re the face of the company! You have the responsibility of providing quick and friendly communication with our customers, looking for opportunities to “wow” our customers.

Dependability and friendliness is your secret sauce. If you are lightning fast responding to texts and phone calls you will easily do well in this position. Keeping records in our CRM, taking control of customer complaints, managing other admins and taking on special projects will keep you on your feet. (ok not literally)

Our clients depend on you for scheduling, estimating and general communication. Our branding, marketing and sales approach is about presenting our services in a way that solves the customers problems. We need you to embody these core values. Because details are a thing in this role, please provide a video recording tell me your super power (what special ability will you be bringing to the team to make us better) and text it to four two five, 312, three one three eight. Yes, this is a test. I will not respond to applications from indeed without your intro first.
