As we scale, we are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to drive our hiring pipeline and uphold our reputation for excellence.

About the Role:

As a Recruiter, you will own the talent lifecycle—from sourcing to offer. You are the "gatekeeper" of quality, ensuring every candidate matches our clients' high standards for skill and culture. This role is for a proactive, high-energy individual who loves building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • End-to-End Sourcing: Identify top-tier talent across job boards, social media, databases, and professional networks.

  • Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and deep-dive interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural alignment.

  • Candidate Management: Maintain and organize pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring no candidate is left behind.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.

  • Coordination & Logistics: Schedule interviews, perform reference checks, and facilitate background verifications.

  • Negotiation: Extend offers and assist in salary negotiations to close the best talent.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure every applicant receives professional, clear, and timely communication throughout the process.
     

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.

  • Technical Sourcing: Familiarity with sourcing platforms, ATS tools, and modern recruitment strategies.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Judgment: Strong decision-making abilities and an eye for identifying "star" talent.

  • Mindset: Proactive, solutions-oriented, and highly organized under pressure.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
     

REQUIRED TOOLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • ATS Proficiency: Experience navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Breezy, Greenhouse, or similar).

  • Sourcing Tools: Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or specialized job boards.

  • Basic AI Tools: Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to assist in JD creation and outreach.

  • Communication Suites: Expert level in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets) and Slack/Zoom.
