Conservice is a company focused on ensuring accurate operations within their business systems. The Quality Assurance Analyst will validate field operations, manage databases, and ensure billing accuracy while handling complex technical data as they progress in their role.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret Work Orders and technician field notes. Verify that the physical work performed (shipping, repairs, or new construction) perfectly matches the documented project scope and requirements
  • Perform manual data entry to cross-reference and update back-office systems (NetSuite and Yoda/SQL). Maintain accurate tracking of physical assets (Meters, Transponders) by logging new installations, updating repair histories, and attaching proof of delivery
  • Serve as the final gatekeeper for billing accuracy. Manually trigger NetSuite invoices only after confirming all unit counts, project multipliers, and service levels are 100% accurate
  • Identify incomplete tickets (e.g., missing serial numbers, unclear tech notes). Create follow-up tasks and communicate directly with field teams to resolve discrepancies and prevent backlog accumulation
