Location: Las Vegas, NV | Pay: $16.50 to $19.88/hr (Based on experience & qualifications)

Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about professional audio gear? LMG is hiring QC Tech 1 Audio Technicians to support the preparation, testing, and movement of audio equipment for concerts, meetings, and live events around the world.

What You'll Be Doing

As a QC Tech 1 Audio, you will support audio inventory operations and ensure equipment is properly prepared, tracked, and returned with accuracy.

✅ Audio Inventory Handling
Check audio equipment in and out, return product to inventory, and assist with general warehouse operations.

✅ Pulling, Staging & Testing Gear
Pull, stage, set up, test, and prepare audio equipment for shipment using standard procedures.

✅ Order Accuracy & Documentation
Review reservations, quotes, contracts, and pull lists to determine required serial and non-serial items for each order.

✅ Manifesting & Asset Tracking
Record and verify inventory data including scanning, manifesting, asseting, and database updates.

✅ Cross Rentals & Returns
Receive cross-rentals, assign them to proper orders, and ensure accurate tracking through completion.

✅ Quality Control & Inspection
Visually inspect equipment for cosmetic issues, report repair needs, perform routine cleaning, labeling, and minor cosmetic fixes.

✅ Team & Department Coordination
Act as a liaison between the warehouse floor and discipline-specific departments to ensure orders are complete and accurately returned to the system.

What We're Looking For

Intermediate knowledge of professional audio equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow order paperwork accurately
Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in a warehouse environment including loading and unloading trucks
Experience with inventory systems and asset tracking is a plus
Live events or AV industry experience preferred
