Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional in-flight service, ensuring passengers enjoy a comfortable and safe journey.
  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks, ensuring all equipment and emergency procedures are in place and properly followed.
  • Deliver safety briefings to passengers and provide immediate assistance in emergency situations.
  • Attend to passenger needs during the flight, including serving meals, beverages, and responding to special requests.
  • Collaborate closely with the flight deck crew to ensure smooth communication and operation.

  • Customer service-oriented, with a focus on hospitality and conflict resolution.
  • Height: A minimum of 160 cm for female candidates and 170 cm for male candidates, to ensure proper reach for safety equipment.
  • Excellent physical condition with the ability to handle long-haul flights, irregular hours, and standing for extended periods.
  • Able to swim a minimum of 25 meters unaided.
  • A professional appearance and ability to maintain grooming standards as per airline guidelines.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working in high-pressure environments, managing conflicts, or handling emergency situations is an asset.

Working Hours:

  • Rotational shift patterns, with irregular hours including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
