Our teams apply the highest standards of ethics, creativity, and engineering rigor to deliver mission‑critical capabilities for the Department of Defense and allied partners.</p> <h2>THE WORK</h2> <ul> <li>Provide product‑engineering support for Printed Wiring Board (PWB) and Printed Wiring Assembly (PWA) design across multiple platforms (ground‑based, airborne, surface‑ship, and under‑sea).</li> <li>Collaborate daily with PWB designers, electrical/mechanical engineers, and production facilities to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.</li> <li>Conduct Design‑for‑Manufacturing (DFM) reviews, update DFM standards, and perform trade‑studies of alternative design approaches.</li> <li>Support the transition of prototypes to full‑rate production, delivering technical assistance to internal and external manufacturing sites.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve design issues identified during production, driving continuous improvement in processes and materials.</li> </ul> <h2>WHO WE ARE</h2> <p>We are a high‑performing engineering community that values innovation, integrity, and collaboration. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
