<h3>Business Technology Integrators (BTI), A Service -Disable Veteran Owned Small Business with over 25 years of experience delivering innovative IT Solutions to the Federal Government, is seeking a  Program Manager in support of USDA- Food Safety & Inspection Services ( Public Health Information System) <br><br><br><span style="font-size:16px;"><u>Position Overview:</u></span></h3><p>The <strong>Program Manager</strong> will support the USDA Food Safety & Inspection Service (FSIS) by providing senior-level oversight and leadership for the Public Health Information System (PHIS). This role is responsible for full lifecycle program management, serving as the primary point of contact between the contractor team and Government stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills and bring proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary IT programs—particularly those involving cloud technology and system modernization.</p><hr><h3><span style="font-size:16px;"><u><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></u></span></h3><ul><li><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Serve as the <strong>contractor’s authorized interface</strong> with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), agency management personnel, and customer stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Provide overall contract leadership and direction, ensuring the successful delivery of contract objectives.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Perform <strong>enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning</strong> and coordinate interfaces to other functional systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Oversee and manage the <strong>completion of tasks</strong> within established schedules and budgetary guidelines.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Assign and schedule duties to <strong>subordinates and subcontractors</strong>, monitoring progress to ensure performance standards are
