This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who brings strong analytical thinking, business acumen, structured problem-solving, and the ability to synthesize insights into compelling narratives. You don’t need deep hands-on product management experience — but you must understand the fundamentals of product thinking, be versatile, and have the potential to develop into a strong Product Manager over time.<br><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br><br></p><p>Product Analysis & Insights:<br><br></p><ul><li>Conduct deep‑dive analyses on product usage, user behavior, and performance metrics to inform product decisions. </li><li>Identify emerging trends, issues, or opportunities across APAC markets in collaboration with product managers. </li><li>Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analysis and actionable insights. </li></ul><p>Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:<br><br></p><ul><li>Perform market scans and competitive benchmarking across key APAC markets, identifying relevant product patterns and implications for Visa Pay. </li><li>Support country teams with market assessments, opportunity sizing, and consumer research. </li><li>Track ecosystem developments (wallets, merchants, issuers, regulatory changes) relevant to Visa Pay. </li></ul><p>Product Management Support:<br><br></p><ul><li>Support Visa Pay product rollout readiness with documentation, artifacts, and insights. </li><li>Support product commercialization and GTM activities if required. </li></ul><p>Presentation & Communication:<br><br></p><ul><li>Create clear, compelling presentations for senior stakeholders and cross‑functional partners. </li><li>Synthesize data, business insights, and recommendations into crisp narratives. </li><li>Communicate product concepts in a structured and user‑centric manner. </li></ul><p>Cross‑Functional Collaboration:<br><br></p><ul><li>Work closely with product managers, market teams, design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and partnerships. </li><li>Support operational workflows, documentation, and product processes. </li></ul><p>This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.<br><br><br><br></p><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Degree in any relevant discipline</li><li>5 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, strategy, consulting, data analytics, or similar roles. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data to inform decisions. </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills . </li><li>High adaptability, learning agility, and willingness to operate in ambiguity. </li><li>Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, cross‑functional environment. </li><li>Strong interest in building products and growing into a Product Manager role. </li><li>Experience in payments, fintech, digital commerce, or consumer tech is a plus. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Additional Information<br><br></strong><p>Visa is an EEO Employer.
