Your key objective will be to ensure successful project delivery for Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Campaign solutions, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>In this exciting role, you'll develop and apply guidelines for integrating Adobe Experience Cloud into clients' ecosystems, deliver training and support to marketing specialists, mentor new consultants, maintain thorough documentation of solutions and integrations, and engage in ongoing education on emerging Adobe technologies and platforms.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><b>What you’ll do</b></span></p><ul><li><span>Act as a domain expert in Adobe Experience Cloud, with a solid focus on Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Campaign solutions.</span></li><li><span>Navigate complex project tasks, proactively addressing challenges including clarifying business requirements, optimizing performance, and integrating third-party products.</span></li><li><span>Deliver consulting services for projects using Adobe Experience Cloud, assisting clients and partners with detailed architecture design, delivery execution, issue management, end to end testing and customer engagement.</span></li><li><span>Facilitate customer discovery sessions, guiding clients in defining their business requirements and key performance indicators to help them derive the full value of their Adobe solutions.</span></li><li><span>Provide support to clients’ developers and third-party vendors throughout the implementation process.</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><b>What you need to succeed:</b></span></p><ul><li><span>5 years’ experience in IT consulting for enterprise SaaS solutions, with expertise in requirements definition, design, and implementation.</span></li><li><span>Proven track record in project delivery related to service/product development, implementation, and operations.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with digital marketing solutions, particularly experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, especially Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Campaign will be a plus.</span></li><li>An approach centered on delivering outcomes, responsiveness, a high degree of integrity, and a strong dedication to ensuring customer success.</li><li><span>Excellent creative and analytical problem-solving skills.</span></li><li><span>Genuine interest in emerging technologies and methodologies.</span></li><li><span>Passion for staying ahead of trends in digital marketing technologies.</span></li><li><span>Good interpersonal skills, presentation, and communication skills—both written and verbal.</span></li><li><span>Ability to learn rapidly, collaborate effectively within a team, and adapt to change seamlessly.</span></li><li><span>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.</span></li><li><span>Travel required up to 50% of the time.</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><b>Special Consideration Given For:</b></span></p><ul><li><span>Proficiency in SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).</span></li><li><span>Programming skills in JavaScript, Java, VB, C#, or PHP.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with web technologies, such as HTML and CSS (a plus).</span></li><li><span>Experience with digital marketing technologies and large scale implementations.</span></li><li><span>Customer-facing experience in B2B environments.</span></li><li><span>Background in building enterprise databases.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of operating web services.</span></li><li><span>Experience as a data architect or with data modelling.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Adobe for All</b></p><p>Adobe strives to create an environment where our employees can do their best work and drive their career growth and development based on their personal goals.
