Due to rapid growth we are seeking a Production Team Leader. This role will lead and manage a cellular team to co-ordinate the daily workload to achieve and maintain production targets with their cell.

Responsible for all activities and output for the area, ensuring compliance with quality standards and that all operations are maintained and performed safely and accurately within a continuous improvement culture.

The Production Team Leader - will proactively monitor and act upon performance data provided by relevant KPI’s to maximise efficiency and team performance, ensuring manpower is used effectively and that there is total flexibility through cross-training.

The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership both people and operational plus the drive for continuous improvement. Ideally this candidate will have already managed a team and have an awareness of manufacturing methods, testing and supply chain. Equally important is experience of MRP/ERP systems, the ability to understand technical drawings and has worked within ISO 9001.

Qualifications in Electronic Engineering dicispline or equivilent is desirable.
