The Job: As a Picking and Packing Clerk, you'll be part of our Miramar team working as an on-site employee. You'll get to: Process daily picking reports and release orders according to established priorities. Track cross-dock orders and support order flow as needed. Complete all picking and packing transactions accurately within the warehouse management system (WMS). Collaborate with team members and other departments to accomplish daily objectives efficiently. Maintain a strong commitment to housekeeping, safety, and quality standards, including monitoring safe practices and reporting unsafe conditions. Train and coach new hires to meet productivity and quality expectations. Support continuous improvement by identifying ways to enhance productivity and reduce errors. Assist in any operational area of the warehouse as needed and demonstrate flexibility with shift assignments during peak periods. Proficient in basic math, reading, and writing; bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred. Computer literacy, including knowledge of Excel, Word, email, WMS software, and RF scanners. Ability to comprehend and follow documented procedures and work instructions. Capable of coordinating multiple tasks, working independently, and adapting to a fast-paced warehouse environment. Certified or able to become certified to operate lift trucks safely. Commitment to safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement; compliance with EHS regulations and scheduled work hours.
