In this vital role, the Medical Benefit Copay Programs Marketing Manager position will be responsible for strategy, development, and the deployment of services that address affordability hurdles and enable patients to get started on prescribed treatments as quickly as possible.</p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Manage copay programs for assigned medical benefit brands</li><li>Support strategy development and execution for medical benefit copay initiatives</li><li>Day-to-day collaboration with copay vendor through meetings, reporting, and communications</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Field Reimbursement Specialists (FRS), Patient Access & Reimbursement Marketing, Legal, Technology Team, Compliance, and Hub Services</li><li>Provide data analysis that drives program performance and consistent program improvements, while managing KPI and dashboard metrics</li><li>Champion continuous improvement and innovation within the medical benefit copay programs</li><li>Triage and resolve copay related escalations from customers and field teams</li><li>Oversee and track budgets for select medical benefit copay brands</li><li>Manage MAC submissions related to medical benefit co-pay program materials and communications</li></ul><p><b>Win</b></p><p><b>What we expect of you</b></p><p>We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
