Our users post a wide variety of content, from illustrations and photography to digital art and other forms of creative expression. We are dedicated to ensuring our platform remains a space where artists' work is celebrated and accurately represented. To maintain this high standard, we’re looking for passionate content moderators to help us curate and monitor posts.

As a Part-Time Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing content submitted by artists to ensure it aligns with its description and meets our platform’s quality standards. Your role will involve flagging content that doesn’t meet guidelines and spotlighting exceptional posts to highlight the best contributions from our community.

Content Review: Examine posts to verify they align accurately with the accompanying description and meet our quality and community standards.

Spotlighting: Select outstanding, high-quality content to be spotlighted on the platform to celebrate top contributions.

Flagging: Identify and flag content that may be misleading, inappropriate, off-topic, or of low quality, following platform guidelines.

Consistent Moderation: Apply judgment consistently based on provided criteria and maintain a respectful and supportive environment for our artist community.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong attention to detail and a deep appreciation for visual and digital art.

Familiarity with the unique needs and expectations of artists and content creators.

Prior experience in content moderation or similar roles is a plus.

Ability to work independently, making sound judgments in line with platform standards.

Work Hours: Part-time, with flexible shifts that can be scheduled in advance based on content flow and peak posting times.
