Mission of the Role:

As an Administrative Assistant for the Media Buying team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our media buyers and ensuring the seamless flow of daily operations. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting media buyers in day-to-day stats updates, reports, and administrative tasks
  • Collating data for reporting to the CEO and for meetings with cross-functional teams
  • Downloading customer lists from Shopify and uploading them onto Facebook Ads Manager
  • Assist media buyers with launching and scheduling advertising campaigns within Meta Ads Manager.
  • Supporting the creation of tasks for other cross-functional teams, such as copywriting and design
  • Communicate promptly with the team to ensure timely execution of tasks and alignment on campaign requirements.
  • Compiling ad creatives and ad copies into the various Google folders in an organised manner
  • Cross-referencing data for weekly or monthly checks
  • Handling any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned


Key Requirements:

  • Proven administrative assistant experience
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Meticulous with numbers, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possesses a can-do attitude with an openness to learn and improve
  • Conversant in English 
  • Experienced with Microsoft Tools and Google Docs (Document, Spreadsheet, Slides)
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Shopify will be an added advantage
  • Open to working additional hours as needed, based on work allocation

 

Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm. 


This is a 100% remote role where the potential hire must be equipped with the following to carry out this role effectively:

  • Laptop / CPU with acceptable speed
  • At least 2 monitor screen (inclusive of laptop screen)
  • Headset with Mic (Noise cancelling)
  • Webcam
  • Designated Workstation
  • Stable and strong power and internet connectivity
  • Noise-free and conducive environment
