The Executive Assistant position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer. As the Executive Assistant, you will: Be responsible for managing the CMO’s calendars and prioritizing meetings to maximize their time and efficiency. Act as the gatekeeper for the CMO, by filtering and directing communications appropriately. Manage high-priority projects for the Executive(s), frequently involving members of the leadership team. Collaborate with the marketing team on initiatives, providing administrative and logistical support. Arrange and coordinate travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for the CMO. Your Impact: Play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the marketing department and enhancing the CMO's productivity. Act as a strategic partner to the Executive(s) across a wide range of priorities and activities at Earnest. Lead and sustain a culture within the marketing department of continuous improvement. About You: 1-year experience as an Executive Assistant. Strong interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills. Excellent decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong, effective verbal and written communication skills. Excellent relationship-building skills. Even Better: Experience within a start-up environment. Tech savy (Google Suite, Google Calendars, Slack). Experience with booking travel for others. Experience with planning team events.
