About Pattern Studios

Pattern Studios is a creative studio specialising in murals, commercial artworks, and brand activations. We work with businesses that want to stand out, and create impactful spaces and campaigns.


We're currently expanding our creative network and are looking for talented designers and artists to collaborate on mural concepts for real brands.



The Opportunity

This is a trial collaboration with the intention of building a long-term working relationship.


Selected designers will be invited to create concept mural designs for well known brands based on a creative brief and brand strategy.

If a concept is selected and turns into a paid mural project:


  • You will receive 20% of the mural fee
  • 10% paid after client deposit & finalised design
  • 10% paid upon mural completion
Alternatively we can arranges a flat fee for concepts created in future if you would prefer
Designers who perform well may be added to our ongoing roster and invited to work on future paid projects.



What You'll Be Doing


  • Creating mural concept designs based on a provided brief
  • Interpreting brand identity, tone, and cultural positioning
  • Designing murals that are bold, memorable, and aligned with brand narratives
  • Providing short written rationale explaining your concept


What We're Looking For


  • Strong visual design or illustration skills
  • Interest in murals, street art, branding, or large-scale artwork
  • Ability to follow a brief while bringing original ideas
  • Good taste and understanding of brand aesthetics
  • Reliable communication and quick turnaround
Experience with murals is a bonus, but strong concepts matter more than technical perfection.



Important Notes (Transparency)


  • This initial concept stage is unpaid and acts as a skills test
  • Only selected concepts that move forward to paid projects will be compensated
  • You retain the right to show unused concepts in your portfolio
  • All final murals are credited to Pattern Studios (with designer credit where appropriate)

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
