Develop and implement media strategies that align with PepsiCo's overall marketing objectives and brand positioning. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, media channels, and optimal timing for campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to plan and execute media campaigns across various platforms, including TV, radio, print, digital, and social media. Negotiate and secure media placements, ensuring the best possible rates and placements for maximum impact. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization and future campaigns. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new media opportunities, and proactively make recommendations for incorporating them into campaigns. Develop and manage media budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely reporting. Communicate campaign plans, updates, and results to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with media partners and vendors. Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful and cohesive messaging across all media channels. Ensure all media campaigns comply with legal and regulatory guidelines. Continuously monitor and analyze competitive media activity and provide insights to inform future campaigns. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all media activity aligns with PepsiCo's brand guidelines and messaging. Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
