As the Manager Strategic Revenue Management (SRM)- Enhancers, you will support our Coffee & Beverage division and play a crucial role in aligning in-depth expertise of the SRM levers with deep commercial experience, translating how each SRM lever individually and in aggregate supports different Division and Channels/Customers to help them achieve their business goals.  This role will be based in Arlington, VA.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Price & Promotion Management:
    • Help Division drive Net Net Sale profitable growth each year
    • Drive multi-lens market analyses for price and promo opportunity identification and impact estimation
    • Conduct thorough analysis and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
    • Support recommendations on price and promo opportunities per channel/customer and improvements to deliver agreed upon targets, as well as driving profitable growth
    • Monitor pricing execution and perform robust post-promo analysis and optimization
    • Develop deep understanding of pricing (slope, curves, elasticities) and promotion (tactics, purpose, ROI, incrementality)
    • Drive promo strategy, continuously monitor post-event performance, and provide real-time actionable recommendations on marketplace intelligence, pre-event analysis, and gap closing
  • Price-Pack Architecture: Support decisions on pack/price strategy by analyzing consumer, shopper, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Mix & Assortment: Advise on portfolio choices by channel/customer to maximize profitable share.
  • Team Leadership: Develop direct reports, foster a high ‑ performance culture, and collaborate cross ‑ functionally to advance SRM capabilities.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as SRM point of contact; ensure alignment of insights with field execution; measure financial impact of SRM initiatives.

 

In this role you will:

  • Own price and promotion strategy across portfolio
  • Develop direct report(s)
  • Have deep understanding of the business drivers & KPIs, and how the SRM levers directly or indirectly impacts them
  • Provide holistic, end-to-end view project management on pricing related initiatives
  • Own driving a culture of consistent and sustained profitable growth
  • Be a driven self-starter, identifying opportunities and being accountable for the execution of the initiatives

 

Experience & Skills

    • 5-7 years of Business experience preferred, experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry a plus.
    • Commercial experience (marketing, commercial development and/or sales) to guide internal conversations with marketing/sales/finance a plus
    • Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modelling skills. Must effectively demonstrate ability to utilize data to deliver clear and succinct analysis and articulation of insights that drive towards actionable strategies and decisions.
    • People management experience a plus but not required
    • Strong track record in analytic or commercial sales/marketing roles, commercial acumen is key
    • Drives confidence and momentum by providing context and data / insights into actionable plans
    • Familiarity with multiple data sources e.g. syndicated sales data, financial data, and consumer data
    • Strong working knowledge and experience with Excel, Circana, PowerBI, Powerpoint to solve business problems and a systems aptitude
    • Ability to transform data/insights into a compelling story with specific recommendations
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across functions; collaborating with brand/category teams and other key internal/external stakeholders; effective in influencing wide variety of stakeholders
    • This role requires robust stakeholder management and negotiation skills, responsible for alignment on pricing decision decisions
