NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Manager, Media Partner Marketing, based in our Daytona Beach, Florida or Charlotte, North Carolina office.

The Manager, Media Partner Marketing is responsible for growing relationships and building paid media plans with OTT and video advertising platforms that play a key role in NASCAR’s performance marketing strategy. The Manager serves as the primary marketing liaison to strategic platforms and collaborates with internal teams to ensure all initiatives align with performance marketing priorities and deliver measurable results.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develop, manage, and execute integrated marketing plans with key OTT and video advertising platforms to drive ticket sales, viewership, and fan engagement.
  • Build relationships and maintain strong communication and collaboration with platforms to plan merchandising opportunities for the NASCAR Channel and placements that drive race viewership.
  • Act as the central point of contact for media platform direct marketing relationships, ensuring strong collaboration, clear communication, and mutual business goals.
  • Lead advertising campaign planning from concept through execution, engaging with internal teams for creative development, asset delivery, and performance measurement.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance to assess ROI and optimize future initiatives.
  • Stay up to date on emerging marketing trends and best practices across media, entertainment, and sports partnerships.
  • Oversee accurate billing, reconciliation, and budget management related to media platform marketing initiatives.
  • Support team and leaders with presentations, partner recaps, and strategic planning.
  • Travel: 10%, including select weekends and events

Required skills/experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four (4) year college or university.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing, advertising, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Direct partner marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience within sports, entertainment, or media partnerships preferred.       
  • Proficient in all company-provided software, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills; ability to influence and collaborate across organizations.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with partners or sponsors.
  • Strong working knowledge of the direct-to-consumer advertising and media platform landscape.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with an ability to present concise and clear information on media initiatives.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about sports and marketing.
