As Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping elevate service standards and create unforgettable guest experiences in a world-class stadium environment. This is a pivotal leadership role within our premium hospitality operation, overseeing the delivery of exceptional food and beverage functions across major events, corporate hospitality and year‑round functions.

What will you do?

  • Brief and lead front‑of‑house teams, aligning service standards with client expectations and event requirements
  • Oversee event timing, service flow and on‑the‑day execution to ensure flawless delivery
  • Partner closely with culinary teams to ensure timely, high‑quality food and beverage service
  • Manage stock ordering, resource planning and event logistics in line with quoted packages and budgets
  • Monitor client satisfaction in real time and resolving issues promptly to protect the guest experience
  • Track product usage, labour efficiency and service performance to identify cost and revenue optimisation opportunities
  • Set clear expectations for team members, providing coaching and feedback, and supporting recruitment, training and rostering

More about you

You’re a confident hospitality leader who thrives in fast‑paced, premium event environments and knows how to bring teams together to deliver exceptional experiences. You will bring:

 

  • A Diploma or Degree in hospitality, event management, business or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in premium food and beverage operations, ideally within functions or corporate hospitality
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams in high‑volume or high‑profile venues
  • Strong capability in stock ordering, cost control and client relationship management
  • A hands‑on, solutions‑focused approach with excellent communication and organisational skills
